ICYMI: Tom Arnold and Mark Burnett Got Violent at the Emmys

Actor Tom Arnold and producer Mark Burnett got into a violent scuffle before Monday's Emmy's celebration, according to their tweets and some other celebrity witnesses. The two were apparently arguing over Burnett's refusal to release backstage footage from "The Apprentice" that reportedly shows former host and current president Donald Trump in an unflattering light. Arnold even has an upcoming show on Vice called "The Hunt for the Trump Tapes. When he had the chance, Arnold confronted Burnett about it.

Burnett's wife Roma Downey tweeted their side of the story.

Arnold called her claim BS and called her a psycho. He said he was filing a police report and suing her for defamation.

"How I Met Your Mother" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" actress Alyson Hannigan saw the whole thing.

The LAPD confirmed that they received a battery report, but they did not make any arrests.

Arnold has been on Burnett's case for awhile, demanding he release the "Apprentice" tapes.

“I’d like him to stand up and say, ‘actually, we had to cut out all the lies and sexual harassment and the insanity and the incompetence, we had to cut all that out,’" Arnold said in July. "That’s the tape I want. One 12-hour day of Trump Tower in that boardroom. That’s what I want. I want to show America that. I’m going to keep hammering Mark Burnett until he shows America …. Mark Burnett says he’s a Christian? And he lets that man do all this bulls—, and he’s in this town, and he’s making money, and he let a sexual harasser work on his show? … These people are so racist and crazy.”

Arnold previewed his confrontation with Burnett in an interview with Salon, telling the outlet he was "definitely going to do something at the Emmys” to convince the producer to release the tapes.
