Rep. James Clyburn (D-S.C.) ripped Mitt Romney on Monday for benefitting from the same tax loopholes as foreign despots.

“I think there’s something to be said about people who park their money off-shore and we don’t know exactly what is in those accounts,” Clyburn said Monday on MSNBC. “You know, you look at despots from foreign countries putting their money in Swiss bank accounts, we have always frowned upon that, and I don’t see us saying people of wealth, especially people wanting to be president of the United States.”
