Rick Perry: A 'frank, honest discussion' on Social Security

In advance of tonight's GOP debate in Florida - which is sure to become an extended discussion of Social Security as Rick Perry sees it - the Texas governor writes a USA Today op-ed in which he couches his comments as those of a truth-teller.
