Obama Vows to Veto Tea Party's 'Cut, Cap, Balance'

The House of Representatives is set to vote Tuesday, on the Tea Party's "cut, cap, and balance" plan.

The measure would require major spending cuts and an adoption by Congress of a balanced budget amendment. In exchange, the government would be allowed to borrow another $2.4 trillion.
