Americans to Progressives: 'Calm This!'

As the devastating impact of the 2020 election continues to take hold a series of quite interesting events have begun to unfold.

Supporters of President* Biden will tell you that utopia has arrived. One overly aggressive pundit coined a term in my hit with Harris Faulkner this week calling this era, “The Biden Calm.”

Chris Hahn, former boot polisher for U.S. Senator Charles Schumer of New York, also went so far as to say that Americans have “nothing to complain about.”

Yeah, Chris, keep drinking the stuff. Americans have absolutely zero problems with $5 a gallon gas, 700,000 people a week hitting the unemployment rolls, abuse of the executive order, the complete devaluing of our currency, the looming tax increases on job creators or anatomical boys sharing the high school showers of their daughters. Everybody’s just super happy.

Sure, things look calm, because in the first 60-plus days of a new administration the president* has been quiet. Quietly absent. Absently minded. Mindfully napping.

The puppet masters have also been somewhat able to keep the vice president* from being visible as well. Add to that the unspoken alliance with Big Tech silencing and deplatforming everyone who disagrees with the administration’s viewpoint and you have a relative period of “quiet” not “calm.”

But during the quiet the nation is being undermined, the rule of law is being overturned, the legislature is being ignored and rule by dictate has replaced checks and balances.

At least this far.

But what if America isn’t so calm?

What if dozens of states impacted by said executive orders began pushing back? Several are doing just that as it pertains to the Keystone XL Pipeline. Several more are fighting the insane agenda launched against women in sports, bathrooms, shelters, and prisons.

And then there are the really important cases dealing with elections. Thus far judges have sided with the rule of law and against the activist radicals in cases in Michigan, Wisconsin, Virginia, Arizona, North Carolina and Alabama.

What have judges found? That varying degrees of violations of the sovereign right to free, fair, and honest elections were unconstitutionally instituted.

The secretaries of states used unlawful actions to allow holes big enough for massive wrongdoing to occur. In other states, illegal aliens had been allowed to vote. And in others, the reasonable expectation of accurate counts were prevented.

In some states, assembly members and state senators have already begun to introduce election reforms to reverse/fix these unlawful practices.

In response to the Democrats turning the U.S. Mint into a copy machine, people have headed for gold, silver, crypto, and real estate.

In response to President* Biden’s regular habit of early afternoon jello, followed by signing some executive orders before his walk and then nap, people are buying guns and ammo at a greater frequency.

And in response to President* Biden’s self-induced border crisis, governors on the border are doing the work that he refuses to do. (Even as now Biden’s team is whispering with Mexican officials about a return to Trump policies because they are so embarrassed at how many kids they have put in cages).

If aggressive progressives believe there is a calm in America, it is only because they are simply too dishonest or too deluded to see what is happening.

A delusion that is self-made, self-induced, and ultimately self-destructive.
