Kathryn Ciano

Kathryn Ciano is an associate policy analyst at the R Street Institute and an attorney in private practice in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining her firm, Kathryn clerked at the Department of Justice Voting Rights Section and the Institute for Justice. She has also interned for the Honorable Judge Block at the Court of Federal Claims, and for Judge Andrew Napolitano and the FreedomWatch team at Fox Business News.
