Only Money and Power Matter to Black Lives Matter

Racism is cool again, thanks to Democrats. The political party that brought you slavery, Jim Crow, segregation, lynchings, the KKK, and everything else associated with what a group like Black Lives Matter raises billions of dollars claiming to oppose never swayed from their main objective of dividing Americans so they can conquer. So why would a group like BLM work so hard to perpetuate a slavish loyalty to the political party overseeing the slaughter of thousands of black people every year and the destruction of the black community? Because it’s not really about race, it’s about money and power.

Since their inception, progressives have always been bigots. Yes, there were a lot of racists among the New England elites in the early 20th century progressive movement, but the bigotry was largely based on wealth and education more than skin color. There were plenty of black progressives.

The unifying trait in the progressive movement was the belief that they, whoever the “they” were, were better than everyone else, smarter than everyone else, and therefore knew better than everyone else what was best for the great unwashed masses. They deemed the uneducated as unworthy of existing, that they should be bred out of existence through the practice of forced sterilization under the then-harmless sounding banner of “eugenics.”

It was essentially a call for genocide through attrition (though some did call for the extermination of those already born), an idea that didn’t cause much outrage at the time. Newspapers have always been staffed by people who considered themselves members of the elite; these ideas didn’t impact them, why would they care if “undesirable” people were prevented from reproducing?

They didn’t. And they don’t.

Eugenics is now viewed with the disgust it always should have been, but the goal of control over those viewed as too dumb to know what is best for themselves by a ruling elite continues.

Black Lives Matter is a proud member of that coalition. A front group designed to maintain Democratic Party dominance of the black vote.

But if you look beyond the billions raised (and don’t question where it’s being spent because we don’t know, but we do know people are getting rich), and the racist language (Democrats have always worked in racist language the way some artists work in oil paint), you see what you see when you look at any activist Democrat: the destruction of the United States.

Following the tobacco company model, leftists have always tried to “hook ‘em when they’re young,” and many left-wing jurisdictions are on board.

The United Federation of Teachers and something called “Black Lives Matter at School” are pushing their bigotry on school kids in New York through a resolution dripping with racism and condescension. (Read the whole thing here.)

The resolution includes what they call “The 13 Guiding Principles of the Black Lives Matter Movement.” What are these?

They include the typical left-wing gobbledygook: restorative justice, empathy, diversity, blah, blah. But it also includes things like “globalism.” What do they mean by globalism? They write, “We see ourselves as part of the global Black family and we are aware of the different ways we are impacted or privileged as Black folk who exist in different parts of the world.”

Victimhood is a fetish on the left.

Of the 13 points, three deal with LGBTQ issues: queer affirming, trans affirming, and collective value. “We are committed to embracing and making space for trans brothers and sisters to participate and lead. We are committed to being self-reflexive and doing the work required to dismantle cis-gender privilege and uplift Black trans folk, especially Black trans women who continue to be disproportionately impacted by trans-antagonistic violence,” they declare. (Take a minute and search out the details of the murders of the very few black trans women that happen every year and you’ll likely find stories involving drugs and prostitution. Just saying, it’s not exactly the “hunting down” leftists portray it to be.)

Many of the points take great pains to separate people even further, because division is power.

Point 11 is “Black Villages,” which reads, “We are committed to disrupting the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and ‘villages’ that collectively care for one another, and especially ‘our’ children to the degree that mothers, parents and children are comfortable.”

The use of the word “our” is typical of leftist racism – talk of “our people” or “my people” would fit right in with a Klan rally 150 years ago. Different people, different skin color, same goal.

But the “disrupting the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure” part should bother anyone who cares about lives, black or otherwise.

The destruction of the family has already largely occurred in the black community, especially in Democrat-controlled cities. How’s that working out in Chicago, Detroit, Baltimore, New York, etc? If you want to condemn a child to poverty and a higher likelihood of crime, have them out of wedlock.

Democratic Party policies have decimated the black family, Democratic Party laws have made criminals out of tens of millions of black men over the years. The incoming Democratic Party ticket of Joe Biden, author of the 1994 Crime Bill, and Kamala Harris, former Attorney General of California, is responsible for imprisoning more black people for minor offenses than most countries.

The whole thing is a joke.

The fortune BLM has raked in hasn’t gone toward rewards to capture criminals terrorizing black neighborhoods and ending thousands of black lives, including children. The money hasn’t even gone to local chapters to improve anyone’s life. A lot of it went to elect Democrats, the rest just went…somewhere?

Someone is getting rich. A lot of people, probably. Democrats are getting tens of millions for elections, and black lives aren’t getting any better. So no, black lives don’t matter to Black Lives Matter. Just like to every Democrat manipulation group, only power and money do, and nothing else.
