Matching Media Memorandum – VARIOUS OUTLETS

  • Refusing to be the first to call it "murder."

When it comes to the protection racket seen in the media for the anti-Semitic protesters, you have to wonder where the bottom will be. In the case of the California Jewish man assaulted at a protest and killed, it is astounding how the press is desperate to steer clear of facts.

With uniformity, NBC News, CNN, The New York Times, Reuters, Associated Press, NPR, LA Times, and others state Kessler "died" at the protest, even though the police are calling it a murder done by a pro-Palestinian protester.

Legalized Press-titution – VARIOUS OUTLETS

As disturbing as the press complex has been throughout this month on the Israel-Hamas war, things only continue to get more disturbing. Through a report now from Honest Reporting, they looked into the photo credits from the fateful October 7 attacks on Israeli citizens and suggest that a significant number of journalists had been working with – or at least tipped off by – Hamas terrorists. Many images were made on-site that morning and then used by many Western news outlets.

Most telling is a number of images from the Associated Press declaring how the attack was done as a complete surprise to everyone, yet a large collection of Gaza-based photojournalists were somehow right there recording the incursion and kidnappings as they were happening.

DNC PR Firm – ASSOCIATED PRESS

Recall that new House Speaker Mike Johnson was recently ridiculed when it was learned that he used a phone app to keep from being exposed to pornography. Meanwhile, on the Democrat side, they ran a candidate in Virginia who performed actual porn on a public platform, and she was defended ardently.

Not only this, but the AP approached the story sympathetically, stating that Susanna Gibson "endured a sex scandal," even though her claims that the video was leaked fell apart as it had been posted on a public site where she commissioned payments from people to perform certain acts on camera.

News Avoidance Syndrome – VARIOUS OUTLETS

  • Now, how would anyone declare those stories more important than deported zoo animals?

Consider just a few of the big news items floating around right now: Hunter Biden being deposed and his legal team testifying to Congress, the revelation of a leaked Tennessee shooter's manifesto, or Rashida Tlaib being censured over anti-Semitic comments. Those stories were given light attention or ignored outright.

But the story of the National Zoo in Washington, D.C., turning over their resident pandas back to China was the kind of thing that just HAD to be covered extensively!

Pulitzer Prize Nomination – PEOPLE MAGAZINE

  • Well…we suppose this is one way to get a break from all the Travis Kelce exposure.

It has been a rather prime example of overkill. NFL star tight end Travis Kelce has been an unavoidable presence all year. Beginning with him and his brother Jason squaring off in the Super Bowl, Travis has gone on to endorse just about any product there is, from soup to credit cards, to insurance, and even the COVID vaccine. Then, add in the fact that he began dating Taylor Swift, with her featured at every Chiefs game, and you were just about fed up.

Now comes the arrival of People Magazine's annual "Sexiest Man Alive" issue, and Kelce is featured among the finalists in the lineup.

Except…it is with some relief that we do not see Travis but instead his burly, hirsute lineman of a brother, Jason.
