Republican Party convention party organizers revealed the names of a high-powered speaking line-up that will end with the formal nomination of Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin as their vice president this evening.

GOP presidential candidate John McCain’s Campaign Manager told reporters on a conference call former eBay CEO Meg Whitman, Victory Chair Carly Fiorina, former Maryland Governor Michael Steele, former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Hawaiian Governor Linda Lingell were all scheduled to address convention-goers in St. Paul, in roughly the order listed.

Palin will then deliver her highly-billed speech and a roll call vote will be taken to officially nominate her as the GOP’s vice president.

“We’re back on track,” said Republican National Committee Chairman Robert “Mike” Duncan, referring his party’s decision to suspend convention activities on Monday due to hurricane storms in the Gulf.
