The News On Van Jones Just Gets Better And Better

Meredith just did a great post on Obama's "Green Jobs Czar" Van Jones and on the fact that he considers the green movement similar to the civil rights struggle.

He also happens to be a 9/11 truther.

That's right. Despite actually being one of the top members of the federal government, Van Jones is convinced that the government was responsible for the 9/11 attacks. Van Jones was one of one of "100 prominent signatories" of a statement put out by 911truth.org, which called "for immediate inquiry into evidence that suggests high-level government officials may have deliberately allowed the September 11th attacks to occur."

At the time, Jones was at the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights, and has not made a statement regarding this position since the news was put out by Gateway Pundit.
