Trump Has More Enthusiasm From Voters Than Biden Ever Will

A new poll found that Republican voters are more excited to vote in the upcoming presidential election than compared to Democrat voters.

According to a recent Economist/YouGov survey, former President Donald Trump supporters are overwhelmingly more enthusiastic about voting than those of President Joe Biden.

56 percent of respondents said they were “somewhat” thrilled, while just 26 percent of voters said they were “extremely” enthusiastic.

In addition, 54 percent of Republican respondents described themselves as either extremely or very enthusiastic to vote, while just 46 percent of Democrats said the same.

With Biden voters, 51 percent of respondents said they were “extremely” or “very” enthusiastic to vote, while 31 percent of them said they were “extremely” enthusiastic.

On the contrary, 63 percent of Trump voters said they were extremely excited to vote, with 46 percent saying they were “extremely” enthusiastic.

In the meantime, Trump still holds a major advantage over Biden in the polls.

A Bloomberg News/Morning Consult found that Trump has 49 percent support among voters in the swing states— compared to Biden’s 43 percent support.

Trump has garnered support in six of the seven swing states including Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Nevada, North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona.

It is worth pointing out that in 2020, Biden won Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Nevada.

However, with only seven months until the November election, Biden is only two percentage points ahead of Trump in Michigan.

Respondents voiced their concern over the state of the country as inflation continues to climb, crime runs rampant, and the southern border remains wide open.

Just a mere 18 percent of voters said that inflation was getting better while a massive 55 percent said it was getting worse.

Regardless of who they plan to vote for, 42 percent of respondents believe Trump will win the 2024 election compared to Biden’s 35 percent.
