Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will go before the Senate at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday to testify on the faulty Obamacare website. Sebelius spoke before the House Ways and Means Committee last week. The questioning should include "more on the fact that people won't be able to keep their plans, as the president promised...also higher premiums and limited access to doctors and hospitals through plans on the exchanges," Megan Hughes of Bloomberg reported.
