America remains committed to the Middle East peace process, Secretary of State John Kerry said in Algeria Thursday. He urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Palestinian President Mahmoud to be more responsible leaders and to work on resolving their conflicts. "You can facilitate, you can push, you can nudge, but the parties themselves have to make fundamental decisions and compromises," Kerry said. "The leaders have to lead and they have to be able to see a moment when it's there. Now is the time to drink. The leaders need to know that."
