Utah became the 18th state to legalize gay marriage on Friday. A federal judge will hear a request Monday to block last week's ruling. After same-sex marriage was legalized Gov. Gary Herbert said he was "very disappointed an activist judge is attempting to override the will of the people of Utah," according to Reuters.
