EPA's Greenhouse Gas Powers Mostly Upheld
The Supreme Court issued a ruling on Monday that largely upheld EPA's regulatory authority. However, the Court found that EPA overstepped its powers regulating stationary sources of pollution solely on the grounds that they emit greenhouse gases.
