Congressional Democrats do not want to be marked by the Obamacare legislation, NBC's Chuck Todd said Thursday. Official numbers released Wednesday showed that only a quarter of the expected enrollees signed up for the health care exchanges. "So, as much as the White House is trying to avoid getting Congress involved in, for instance, dealing with trying to fulfill this promise, if you like your plan you can keep it. They want to vote on it. They want to show that they had to force the president to fix it," Todd claimed.
