Debate over the COVID-19 emergency relief package brought fireworks to the House floor on Friday morning. Democratic Rep. Haley Stevens (D-MI) exploded at House colleagues over the COVID-19 bill.

Hoyer was ready to give her more time on the floor, and she just ignored him and just getting louder and more enraged.
This is not the first instance of unhinged behavior from Rep. Stevens; in October of 2019, she lambasted constituents for their support of the National Rifle Association:
