A Major Gaza Hospital Is Now Totally Out of Commission. Guess Who's To Blame?

Sometimes, a tweet can make a point clearly and quickly. On the left, we have a CNN headline and brief summary of a multi-week Israeli military siege of a hospital, which medical officials lament has rendered the facility "permanently out of service."  How awful!  Why would they do that?  On the right, we have a few paragraphs from the New York Times explaining, you know, what caused the siege. The horrible war in Gaza didn't materialize out of thin air because Israel suddenly decided it wanted to kill Palestinian children. It started because Hamas terrorists sstromed into Israel and murdered 1,200 civilians, kidnapping hundreds more as hostages (they continue to hold dozens of them against their will, including Americans).

Likewise, the Al-Shifa hospital siege wasn't mounted by the Israelis just for giggles:

The Israeli military said the roughly 200 Palestinians it killed were militants, and that its soldiers had arrested around 900 people it suspected of being militants at the Shifa complex over the past two weeks, including senior commanders in groups like Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. It said two Israeli soldiers were killed and eight were wounded in the raid. Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari, the Israeli military spokesman, blamed the destruction on the militants, saying they had fortified themselves inside hospital wards, fired on soldiers and refused calls to surrender. “We had to fire on the buildings in order to stop that and to kill the terrorists,” he said. Israeli forces evacuated displaced civilians sheltering in the compound as well as some patients, and placed other patients in a building away from the fighting, Admiral Hagari said. The World Health Organization said on Sunday that at least 21 patients had died since the Israeli raid began in mid-March, though their causes of death were unclear. By this weekend, just 107 patients remained — 30 of them bedridden — without drinking water and with only minimal medication, the Gaza Health Ministry said in a statement.

Ah, well then.  Terrorists, including senior ones, once again embedded in a hospital (Gaza hospitals have been terrorism hotbeds both throughout this war, and for years prior), from which they attacked Israeli soldiers. They were given the opportunity to surrender, and refused. Hamas turned Al-Shifa into a legitimate military target, in an unconscionable war crime.  But they're repulsive, inhumane, terrorist savages.  This is who they are, and what they do.  The only way to deal with them is to kill them.  Notice how the Gaza Health Ministry -- also known as "Hamas" -- announces that patients are receiving insufficient quantities water and medication.  If that's the case, it's exclusively because Hamas used the hospital as a terrorism operations center.  They did that, yet they blame the Israelis.  This is exactly why they exploit medical centers, schools, UN facilities, civilian neighborhoods and mosques as terrorism bases.  Their propaganda is so predictable and clumsy, yet they continue with it because much of the "international community" and "news" media either fall for it, or are affirmatively eager to regurgitate whatever anti-Semites spoon-feed them.  Fortunately, others are still refusing to play along with this sick game:

Another component of Hamas propaganda is boasting about genocidal goals and terrorist attacks in Arabic, while lying in English:

I'll leave you with a telling contrast.  When Israel accidentally kills innocent people, they apologize profusely and investigate how the deadly mistake happened:

When Hamas intentionally kills innocent people, they celebrate and cry out for more blood, as do many 'innocent' Palestinians.
