Stupak to Step Down
After more than a week of being bombarded with pressure from Tea Partiers angry about his "yes" vote for Obamacare, Rep. Bart Stupak, D-Mich., will announce his retirement today.

Top Democrat officials confirmed this morning that the congressman will be stepping down at the end of this term, capping off an 18-year career in the House of Representatives. 

Charlevoix County Commissioner Connie Saltonstall will probably take Stupak's place as the party's nominee.
