UPDATE II: President Trump gave a statement to reporters Sunday afternoon before boarding Air Force One. He is on his way back to Washington D.C. after spending the weekend in Florida.
"After a long look, after a long investigation, after so many people have been so badly hurt, after not looking at the other side, a lot of bad things happened, a lot of horrible things happened, for our country, it was just announced there was no collusion with Russia. The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. There was no collusion with Russia," Trump told reporters. "There was no obstruction, none whatsoever. And it was a complete and total exoneration. It's a shame that our country had to go through this. To be honest, it's a shame that your president has had to go through this. Before I even got elected it began. It began illegally and hopefully somebody's going to look at the other side. This was an illegal take down that failed."
UPDATE: President Trump has responded directly.
No Collusion, No Obstruction, Complete and Total EXONERATION. KEEP AMERICA GREAT!

The Special Counsel did not find any collusion and did not find any obstruction. AG Barr and DAG Rosenstein further determined there was no obstruction. The findings of the Department of Justice are a total and complete exoneration of the President of the United States.”

President Trump's attorneys Jay Sekulow and Rudy Guiliani called into CNN after the summary was released, making the argument that you can't obstruct justice when there is no crime to obstruct.
