Question for the day, why did the Democrats rush to get a 1000 plus page spendulus bill passed that no one could read only to have Barack Obama wait three days to sign it?

Obama can plan one of his "every six weeks" trips to Chicago for Valentine's Day while the world will come to an end if we don't ram this spendulus bill down the throats of Congress...that doesn't get signed till Tuesday? Things that make me go hmmmm?
