Another city is up in flames after the shooting and killing of an African-American male. Keith Lamont Scott, 43, was shot by police in Charlotte, NC after reportedly exiting a vehicle outside an apartment complex with a firearm on Tuesday. Scott was taken to the hospital but was pronounced dead. After the incident, protesters gathered to block part of interstate 85, damage cop cars and destroy nearby businesses. A dozen police officers have so far been injured in the protests.

The unnerving situation in Charlotte comes after another black man, Terrence Crutcher, was killed by police in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Monday after failing to step away from his vehicle.
