Virginia State Trooper Killed at Greyhound Bus Station Shooting; UPDATE: Shooter Is Dead

UPDATE (Matt): CNN is reporting that the shooter is dead.

A Virginia state trooper has died after a shooting at a Greyhound bus station in Richmond, VA on Thursday. At least a dozen others have been injured. The suspect is reportedly dead. 

The local CBS affiliate in Richmond has been covering the incident, reporting that state police were participating in a training exercise inside of the bus station when the shooting began.

The office of Mayor Dwight Jones has released the following statement, asking citizens to avoid the crime scene until further notice.
