An elderly woman, believed to be the caretaker of the building, was found bound, gagged, and stabbed to death. Another woman was bound, yet escaped.

So far, the motive for the attack is unclear. There is "no indication" so far that this is a terrorist attack.

In July, an elderly priest was murdered in France in the middle of Mass by ISIS terrorists.
