If you thought the hysteria of the Salem Witch trials died with the dissolution of Governor William Phips’ Special court of Oyer and Terminer you’d be mistaken. The same mania that gripped the people of Massachusetts in 1692 runs rampant in the insular, Democrat precincts of New York’s crime ridden streets and retrograde court system. Another fanatic in black robes persecutes the innocent based on legal theories as twisted as the corrupt theology that justified the government sanctioned murder of alleged witches over two hundred years ago.
Times change, but human nature doesn’t. Unmoored from any sense of morality, truth, or fealty to any notion of justice, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg would look period correct wearing a black tricorne hat and matching hosiery.
The fundamental problem with Bragg’s “prosecution” is that no crime has been committed. It’s as if the “spectral evidence” from the Witch Trials has been revivified by Bragg’s fevered mind and given credence by a judge supporting legal theory as preposterous as admitting witness testimony based on the accused person’s spirit or spectral shape having invaded the witnesses dreams to ply them with demonic suggestion.
I’d say there’s definitely demonic suggestion afoot, but not in the fashion of ridiculous “spectral evidence,” rather in the corporeal form of a Democrat controlled court system, dispensing diabolically perverted justice.
Bragg’s case is founded on former President Donald Trump’s legal agreement, the alleged “Hush Money,” with a professional purveyor of pornography Stormy Daniels, who has lost multiple legal battles with Trump, and owes $670,000 in damages. Recently she claimed to be “fully prepared to go to jail” and “would rather die” before paying Trump. Daniels made these remarks to pervert Jeffrey Toobin recently, in yet another violation of court orders.
All of the acrimony from Daniels dramatically weakens the efficacy of any potential testimony. Not to mention a statement from her former attorney, the disgraced sleaze Michael Avenatti, Daniels “has zero credibility, and she is the most opportunistic person I’ve ever met.” Quite a statement from someone who used to make a living attempting to weaponize Daniels’ sexual indiscretions and career in the pornography industry.

But Bragg and Judge Juan Merchan are in cahoots to pillory Trump at any cost. Merchan is a deeply flawed jurisprude, with an incredibly compromising relationship. Merchan’s daughter, Loren, reportedly has a direct financial interest in Trump’s case. Two clients of her firm, the progressive digital agency Authentic, just happen to be “President” Biden and his foppish VP, Harris. Additionally, Judge Merchan donated to Biden’s campaign and to two liberal groups during the 2020 election cycle.
All of this is as coincidental as the Romanist heresy and superstitions that propelled the Salem fanatics to acts of barbarity. These days, the heretics are Democrats who serve a secular god who delights in subjugating the delicate processes of justice to Marxist ideology.
Bragg’s theory of the case rests on his attempt to criminalize a staple of civil litigation, the nondisclosure agreement (NDA). The operative word in that description is “agreement.” It is a simple contract wherein two parties come to a “meeting of the minds.” To put it in terms that resonate from my law school contracts days, that means Daniels, on advice of counsel, entered into an agreement with Trump to keep her mouth shut in exchange for consideration, usually an amount of money — in Daniels’ case, $130,000.
Bragg is also attempting to leverage the payments Trump made to Daniels, in accordance with the NDA, as a violation of campaign finance laws.
Highly respected former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy puts it this way, “Bragg has charged business-records falsification on the absurd theory that Trump booked NDA payments violated federal camping laws — even though Bragg, a state prosecutor, has no authority to enforce federal law; and even though the NDA payments were technically not campaign expenditures, which is why the feds did not bring enforcement action against Trump…You are being asked to suspend common sense and believe that Trump stole an election in 2016 by committing crimes that didn’t happen until the following year.”
I have no doubt that specters whisper in Bragg’s ear and that these communications come directly from Joe Biden’s corrupt White House. More concerning are the jurors who may be seated in New York’s kangaroo court. Trump has unsuccessfully moved for a change of venue. Given the fact that New York is composed primarily of Democrat party dupes, stooges, and cronies, he might as well be facing a jury composed of 17th century Bay Stater’s holding flaming torches.
Overall, the legal theory makes about as much sense as determining whether someone is a witch or warlock, depending on their ability to float in water. If you sink and drown, you’re not a witch. If you float and survive, you get hanged for having used your diabolical art to stay alive. Only Democrats get that kind of logic. It’s common to authoritarians, tyrants, and dictators throughout time. Either way, you’re dead and that’s ok. By their reckoning, all of us MAGA warlocks are guilty until proven innocent.
Every esteemed legal mind of our time has condemned this travesty. Trump stated yesterday on Truth Social, “Every single legal Scholar and Expert said that Soros backed prosecutor, Alvin Bragg, has ‘no case.’ This list includes Jonathan Turley, Gregg Jarrett, Byron York, Andrew McCarthy, Mark Levin, Alan Dershowitz, Mike Davis, David Riven, Kristin Shapiro, Brad Smith, Andrew Cherkasky, and many more…”
What most Americans are missing is, we’re all on Gallows Hill, facing a carefully coiled rope designed to make a short trip out of a long fall. Donald Trump is merely a proxy. He’s said that before, the Democrats are out to destroy him because he’s standing between all of us and all of those small minded Marxists who’d be happy to brand you a witch and stretch your neck.
