He's not a doctor of psychiatry, nor does he play one on TV.

Still, Libertarian Party presidential nominee Bob Barr accuses Republican opponent John McCain of "panicking" amid cries of Wall Street investors "who made bad investments," showing he "acts in a bipolar manner."

GEORGIA MOONSHINE

Washington has seen its share of parties and protests, but this is a first: a martini/moonshine bash opposing the recent Russian invasion of the Republic of Georgia, held at the Carlyle Club in Alexandria.

The tribute to Georgia's spirit, strength and democracy featured Russian-less vodka martinis and cosmos, Georgian wines, and cha-chas: Georgian moonshine traditionally consumed in one large gulp.

Organizers noted that the former Soviet republic is one of only two countries that committed to increasing its troop strength in Iraq in support of the U.S.-led war against terrorism.

Proceeds from the event benefited the Georgian Association in the United States.

Actually, there are several cities/towns in US named Alexandria--in TN, AL and MN (I stayed overnight at this one in 2001--on a trip I would rather forget), PA and OH. Admittedly, there ISN't one in GA, but...doesn't TN have a "folk tradition" of moonshine as well?

There is an amendment procedure for the Constitution. Bork suggested that the Constituion not be amended by the judiciary.

And I really think that Henry Paulson anticipated that legislators would add to his 3 pages.
