Should This Massachusetts Law Be DOJ's Next 2A Target?

If the DOJ's Civil Rights Division is looking for more places where there's a pattern and practice of governments violating our Second Amendment rights, the commonwealth of Massachusetts and its absurd "suitability" provisions for issuing, suspending, and revoking licenses to carry should be a top target for litigation.
