Trump Lawyer Has a Grim Warning for Letitia James and Jack Smith

We are so back! Less than 72 hours after President-elect Donald Trump won in a sweeping victory, top leaders who targeted the Republican during the election cycle began to back down— and all for a good reason.

Trump’s lawyer, Mike Davis, issued a threatening warning to woke New York Attorney General Letitia James, saying that if she tries to go after the incoming president again, he will put her “fat a** in prison.”

After Trump defeated failed Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris in a landslide, James and New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) promised to fight back against any potential "revenge or retribution” now that the incoming 47th president is back in the White House.

However, Davis gave them a grim warning, telling them to think long and hard before they violate “Trump’s constitutional rights or any other American’s Constitutional rights.”

“Let me just say this to Big Tish James, the New York Attorney General,” he began. “I dare you to continue your lawfare against President Trump in his second term. Because listen here, sweetheart, we’re not messing around this time. And we will put your fat a-- in prison for conspiracy against rights, and I promise you that."

Earlier this year, James accused Trump of lying about the value of his assets in order to get loans. She ordered him to pay a $454 million bond payment as part of a civil fraud case she brought against him.

Davis also warned Jack Smith, the special counsel in the Trump federal investigations, to "lawyer up.” He said that the DOJ special prosecutor “should go to prison“ and “go to hell“ for his illegal actions against Trump.

It is unclear if the warning affected Smith, but on the same day, Smith asked Judge Tanya Chutkan to vacate all remaining deadlines in his D.C. criminal case against Trump.
