MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough officially lost his credibility after claiming that if elected, former President Donald Trump would become an “autocrat” and jail people and take news stations off the air.
Scarborough echoed the same warnings he always makes about how Trump is a “threat” to democracy and declaring him a “dictator.” However, during a Friday “Morning Joe” segment, Scarborough took his attacks one step further.
The left-wing media host accused Trump of doing all the things the Democratic Party is doing right before America’s eyes.
This is a guy who, as we have said, who’s talking about being an autocrat. And not just talking about going after political enemies but going after people, CEOs that don’t agree with his policies, a guy that’s talking about actually moving all the power in, moving the power of the Fed into his hands, moving the power of the FEC into his hands, FCC, moving the power of what TV networks are on air, what TV networks are off the air, deciding who goes to jail, he said it, and who doesn’t go to jail.
Scarborough also claimed that another Trump presidency would end the nation’s free market, free enterprise, and the U.S. economy.
The MSNBC host isn’t too bright. In 2020, he ridiculed people who believed the Hunter Biden laptop was real, calling them “idiots” and “useful fools for the Russians."
This one is even better than the last: in March, Scarborough claimed that President Joe Biden, at 81 years old, who cannot read a teleprompter or walk up a flight of stairs for the life of him, “is the best Biden ever,” “intellectually” and “analytically.”
Flash forward a few months, and Scarborough ate his own words, saying that Biden must be replaced “in the name of Democracy.”
