Irony: Pelosi Calls Kavanaugh Opposition 'Patriots of the Constitution'

Irony is not dead, it seems. In the final days of the Left’s effort to halt Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the highest court, liberal interest groups are doubling down on their opposition to Judge Kavanaugh. Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, hoping for another term with the gavel, joined the opposition efforts.

Pelosi’s claim to be on the side of the Constitution is far-fetched and not based in reality; this claim comes from the Minority Leader whose party seems to have turned its back on due process, one of the most fundamental, unique aspects of the American Judicial System, for the sake of a partisan agenda.

Senate Democrats and their allies in the House, if given their way, wanted Judge Kavanaugh to be returned or withdrawn at the hands of unsubstantiated, uncorroborated, oddly-timed allegations of sexual misconduct, all to prevent a Constitutionalist from being confirmed to the bench.

Given the clean results of the FBI Investigation, as demanded by Democrats, the Senate is expected to vote on the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh on Friday, much to the dismay of the Left.
