Last year, Townhall reported how Vanderbilt University Medical Center was exposed for providing irreversible, experimental transgender surgeries for children because it’s profitable. As a result, the medical center became the subject of intense backlash. Lawmakers at the state and federal level began to call for investigations. And, this year, a GOP senator announced legislation that would outlaw transgender surgeries for minors completely.
An employee at Kaiser Permanente, a healthcare provider largely concentrated on the West Coast, reached out to Libs of Tik Tok and revealed that the organization is mandating training on so-called “gender affirming” care for children as young as four years old.
According to training materials shared with Libs of TikTok, providers are required to watch training videos of young children who identify as the opposite gender stating that they “knew” they were transgender at ages 3 and 4.
"Many transgender people have always known their true gender," the video said.
Furthermore, other materials claim that people are “assigned” a gender at birth, but that there’s an array of genders they can identify as. And, the organization reportedly “boasts on their site that they provide pediatric gender care, offering surgical procedures and irreversible hormone therapy which they offer to children.”

In a statement to Fox News, Kaiser Permanente reportedly said that the training materials do not endorse medical interventions among "transgender" 3 and 4 year olds.
"While the video includes two children speaking about how they view their gender identity, the video does not speak to any adolescent transgender care or treatment plans. Kaiser Permanente does not provide hormone treatments or gender-affirming surgery to 3 and 4-year-olds," the statement said.
Last year, Townhall reported how de-transitioner Chloe Cole announced she would file a lawsuit against Permanente Medical Group, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals over the fact that they “performed, supervised, and/or advised transgender hormone therapy and surgical intervention for Chloe Cole when she was between 13-17 years old.” Cole has spoken out about undergoing experimental “gender-affirming” care as a teen, including a double mastectomy.
“Throughout Chloe’s medical experience in California, the facilities and institutions actively promoted, encouraged, and advertised the availability of these treatments. Chloe and her parents were not informed of the option for psychiatric treatment or an approach that attempted to treat the underlying psychological conditions to bring about a mental state congruent with Chloe’s biological sex,” a press release detailing the lawsuit stated.
My teenage life has been the culmination of excruciating pain, regret, and most importantly injustice. It is impossible for me to recoup what I have lost, but I will insure no child will be harmed at the hands of these liars and mutilators. I am suing these monsters. @pnjaban pic.twitter.com/i80VHvGXJn
