A mob of illegal aliens assaulted a pair of New York City’s finest on January 27 in Times Square. Being that Democrats are pro-illegal immigration and soft on crime, you could imagine what happened when the culprits were apprehended: they got released without bail. Jhoan Boada, 22, was seen giving the media the middle finger upon his release (via Fox News):

A violent illegal immigrant who was arrested for taking part in a mob attack on two NYPD officers flipped the bird at awaiting reporters as he was released from custody on Wednesday.

Jhoan Boada, 22, made the offensive double-handed signal after he was released from police custody on charges of assaulting a police officer and gang assault for the shocking beat down in Times Square on Saturday near a migrant shelter.

Boada didn’t appear bothered by the serious charges as he flipped his two middle fingers and smirked at reporters and photographers outside the Midtown South Precinct in Manhattan. He was wearing a black Los Angeles Lakers shirt and khakis leaving the precinct station, while he has a tattoo on his left forearm.

Rep. Mike Collins (R-GA) commented on the incident, saying that Boada should be deported via ‘Pinochet Air,’ a reference to death flights commonly deployed by authoritarian governments in Latin America to rid themselves of political dissidents. Given X's sensitivity regarding what they view as violent speech, Mr. Collins got locked out of his account and suspended until he removed the post. Being an elected member of Congress, you can still view the message that got him in trouble since “it may be in the public’s interest for the Post to remain accessible.” Oh, and he didn't delete it.

Should violent speech be banned on X? Yes, but if it’s a legitimate death threat. Most of the time, people venting have zero inclination to commit harm against others. I can empathize with the congressman; my account got banned for the same violation, though Ayatollah Khamenei and other Hamas outfits can post about killing Jewish people all day without fear of any consequences.

Did Collins take it too far? I don’t know or care—we have free speech here. But should Boada be charged, imprisoned, and deported afterward? Absolutely. The Big Apple is brimming with illegal alien activity, and as you can see, these countries aren’t sending their best. They’re thugs, rapists, drug peddlers, and murderers. And Democrats love these people.
