When I was an intern at the Media Research Center's News Analysis Division, aka Newsbusters, many moons ago – I remember having to watch "The View" for bloggable content. It was a treasure trove, but it also made me want to commit suicide. That was in 2012-13, long before pronoun games and the left trying to make us all transgender became top agenda items. The Woke Left had yet to arrive, though it was manifesting. The program is a dopamine injection for American liberals, assisted by these five women who know next to nothing about the political process or what real Americans care about. The worst is the hyper-feminist whine tours they go on occasionally. Okay, that's not entirely accurate; there's a lot of that nonsense on the show, but the latest line about marriage and white women from this movement is beyond ignorant.
I'm preaching to the choir, but you know this line makes liberals' heads nod in agreement. Marriage is slavery, and women who participate in it are beholden to their husband's views. Sorry, that's not correct either: only when white women marry do things go off the rails regarding elections. Co-host Sunny Hostin, who is married, made this point, highlighting the left's ongoing irritation with married white women over political reasons. Married white women tend to break for the GOP, so naturally, the left must denigrate these people.

Feminism is the future, except for white women who marry. Believe all women regarding sexual assault, except when the accused is a liberal, Democrat, or noted progressive. Only the military and police should be entrusted with firearms, but we should defund the police because they're irredeemably racist and fascist. There isn't enough Advil in the world to deal with this whiplash.
Women are independent, strong, and can do anything unless they're white and married. I don't care about the racial aspects at all – but why they're so obsessed about white married women is given away in how they vote. Why does Sunny care? And it's not like white married women overwhelmingly vote Republican, though it's enough to make things interesting.
How about not being insane on every issue and not passing judgment on people based on personal choices, something that the left is silent on only when it comes to abortion? The left's busybody mentality is becoming more insufferable, and astonishingly, they don't realize that everyone doesn't want to be as humorless and miserable as they are.
