President Trump Torches Castro Brother After He Posted Apparent Target List Of Donors

Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX) appears to have posted a target list of Trump donors from his district. Why? Well, because ‘orange man…bad’ that’s why.

The liberal media always, always talks about conservatives holding so-called radical views, like reducing taxes, cutting regulations, job creation, and shrinking the size of government, but never press the Left on their antics. We had a mass shooter in Dayton who was a self-avowed leftist. An Antifa loser attacked an ICE facility in Tacoma, Washington. And a member of Congress decided to post a list of Trump donors. Castro's post is an invitation to harass these people. Of course, Castro said he hopes that doesn’t happen, which I do not take seriously; he’s a Democrat.

Second, is Castro that stupid? He narrowed the search. He gave the left-wing nutjobs the precise area to start searching. These people will be harassed. It was a gross overreach that MSNBC couldn’t even defend, and their whole existence is to ensure liberals that they’re not insane and to keep their blood pressures low. Even your allies in the media towel slapped you, congressman.

The Trump campaign has demanded Castro delete and apologize for the tweet. In the meantime, President Trump torched the brothers, calling Joaquin “the lesser brother of a failed presidential candidate.” He’s not wrong; Julian Castro isn’t going to be the 2020 nominee so he can say “adios” to any White House ambitions (via The Hill):

President Trump attacked Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-Texas) on Wednesday, a day after the lawmaker was widely criticized for tweeting the names of prominent San Antonio-area Trump donors.

In a tweet Wednesday night, Trump referred to the Texas Democrat as the "lesser brother of a failed presidential candidate (1%) who makes a fool of himself every time he opens his mouth."

An initial tweet misspelled Joaquin Castro's name, though Trump posted a corrected tweet a few minutes later. Joaquin Castro's brother is Julián Castro, a former Housing and Urban Development secretary and mayor of San Antonio who is among the roughly two-dozen Democrats running for president.

“Joaquin is not the man that his brother is, but his brother, according to most, is not much,” added President Trump. Ouch.

Of course, Julian responded, but Joaquin, who chairs his brother’s campaign, also has to deal with something else about his non-target list that will totally become a target list. It has Democratic donors on it. Yeah, in this great country of ours, you can support both Democrats in one cycle and Republicans in the next, which makes this move by Joaquin even more idiotic. He quasi-doxxed his own supporters (via Fox News):

Trump donors whose names and employers were posted in a highly controversial tweet by Democratic Rep. Joaquin Castro blasted the Texas congressman on Wednesday for what they described as a “ridiculous” stunt and, in interviews with Fox News, rejected his claim that they are “fueling a campaign of hate” against Hispanics.

One of those Trump donors even revealed he's also been a supporter of local Democratic lawmakers—including Castro himself.

Wayne Harwell, the owner of a local real estate development company whose name appeared on the list Castro shared on Monday night, told Fox News in a phone interview that he donated money to Castro’s congressional campaign. But he suggested that after Castro outed him in a bid to shame Trump supporters, he won't be supporting Castro anymore.

“I was also on a list of people that gave to Castro and if he dislikes me enough that he wants to put my name out there against Trump, I’m not going to give money to him,” Harwell told Fox News. “Obviously Castro feels pretty strongly against me.”

According to Federal Election Commission records, Harwell donated $1,000 to Castro’s campaign in September 2011.

“I’m pretty independent, but I support Trump,” Harwell explained.

Yep, it seems the only choice Democrats favor is when a mother is about to abort her child. Everything else must be contained within a rigid orthodoxy that will result in harassment and personal destruction if you stray away from it.
