Don't Tell Her Achy-Breaky Career

15-year-old Miley Cyrus is now upset with the "artistic" photo spread of herself in Vanity Fair.  Here's my take:  Even if you put aside the obvious moral reasons that you would not want your 15-year-old daughter to participate in such a photo-shoot -- this simply makes no business sense.

If Cyrus wants to compete with Britney, Lindsay, and Paris, she will have a hard time of it.  Maintaining a wholesome image, by contrast, would make her incredibly marketable -- not just today -- but in the future.  Why?  Because she would essentially have the niche to herself.  I don't get it ...
