... My guess is this has been planned for a while. But timing is everything, and so Obama is pulling this out today. His goal, of course, is to change the subject away from Rev. Wright.

Practially speaking, this could help Obama in states with large Hispanic populations. Up until now, Hispanics have largely gone to Hillary.
Makes you wonder how much pressure might be on John Edwards right now...
