McCain Team Blows Photo-Op

McCain Team Blows Photo-Op

establishment liberal Congressman Tom Davis, and his wife, liberal former state senator Jeannemarie Devolites Davis, who just lost her race in November.  In the back, to McCain's left, is former Senator George Allen (at least, he's there).

If McCain wanted to have establishement folks behind him, he might have chosen to have a few more conservatives in the picture (or, at least, people conservatives don't loathe).

But an even smarter idea -- if he wants to preserve his "maverick" status -- might have been to have some excited young people behind him!!!
