Battle Brewing Over Education

While political junkies are focused on Iowa and New Hampshire, a storm is brewing in Utah over the future of education.  Ken Blackwell has a good column today on how to stop the folks who want "Entrenched bureaucrasy forever!"  Here's an excerpt:
