Here’s How Biden’s HHS Will Spend Hundreds of Thousands Towards ‘Trans Boys’

In 2022, Biden's HHS gave over $1 million to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center "to study the risk of thrombosis, the formation of blood clots in the blood vessels which can lead to death, in transgender adolescents receiving sex change hormonal therapies," according to The Daily Caller.

And in another instance, WSET reported that the Biden administration has allocated funds like this before. In one case, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) granted Seattle Children's Hospital $240k for the creation of an LGBT-based sex education tool.

This week, reports broke that Biden's HHS will shell out $700,000 to support the creation of a national pregnancy prevention program specifically for "transgender boys," according to federal disclosure documents unearthed this week.

The total amount, $698,736, is targeted toward "youth who are assigned female at birth (AFAB) and identify as transgender (e.g., as non-binary or as trans boys)."

The government's summary for the grant claims that transgender boys are "at risk for negative sexual health outcomes yet are effectively excluded from sexual health programs because gender-diverse youth do not experience the cisgender, heteronormative teen sexual education messaging available to them as salient or applicable."

The website mentions that "trans boys" are "less likely to use condoms when having sex with people who have penises and as at least as likely as cisgender girls to be pregnant."

Perhaps, that's because "people with penises" are men, and "trans boys" are women who can become pregnant if they have sex.

The grant began in September 2023 and will continue through June 2027. It will be allocated to the Center for Innovative Public Health Research to create this "inclusive" pregnancy program for girls who think they are boys.

"The United States is a global laughing stock," Riley Gaines, a women's sports advocate, said on X in response to the program.

The spending summary explained that the foundation of the proposal is to work with Girl2Girl, "a text messaging-based sexual health program designed for cisgender sexual minority girls 14-18 years of age." They will use "content advisory teams" to make sure the program "resonates with these youth."
