In a recent video checking out her small plot in a community garden in Washington, D.C., Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) seemed to marvel at the fact that vegetables grow out of the ground.
AOC brought her followers along as she inspected her garden after a congressional recess, which brought her back to New York for two weeks.
The Democratic Socialist could hardly believe her eyes as she gazed on the plot’s successfulness (minus the dead tomato plant).
