VP Office: That Story About Mike Pence Being Exposed to Coronavirus Isn't True

Earlier today a number of media outlets published a story alleging Vice President Mike Pence shook hands with a young man who had been exposed to coronavirus through his mother. The story was shared by multiple reporters in the White House Press Corps.

But according to Pence press secretary Katie Miller, the Vice President never met the kid. 

Meanwhile, Pence continues to oversee the Trump administration's response to the coronavirus and gave an update to reporters at the White House Monday.
