In case you missed it earlier this week, Republican Senator Marco Rubio referred former Secretary of State John Kerry for investigation over his undermining of American foreign policy through continued conversations with Iranian leaders. This is the second time he has done so.
"I write to make you aware of a September 18, 2018 letter I sent to your predecessor regarding potential violations of the Logan Act (18 U.S.C. § 953) and the Foreign Agents Registration Act (22 U.S.C. § 611 et seq.) by former Secretary of State John F. Kerry. As you know, former Secretary Kerry’s actions since leaving office have come under scrutiny as they related to the Iran nuclear deal, known formally as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)," Rubio wrote in a letter to Attorney General Bill Barr.
Citing a letter previously sent to former Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Rubio outlined a series of actions by Kerry to justify an investigation.
"Former Secretary Kerry publicly admitted that he has met with Iranian foreign minister Javad Zarid 'porbably three or four times,' including in the United States, since leaving office," Rubio wrote. "Kerry 'is cordinating his push with a group of officials who were his top advisers at the State Department, and who helped craft and negotiate the Iran deal in the first plae," and that this group 'claims to be rseponsible for 100 news articles, 34 television and radio hits, and 37 opinion pieces on the Iran question. They do fact checks of criticism of the agrrement and blast them out to an e-mail list of nearly 4,000 policy makes and foreign policy experts."

Kerry isn't only running a shadow foreign policy that undermines the United States, he's also running a propaganda network that's being embraced and amplified by the media.
The Trump administration has taken note of Kerry's actions. President Trump has called for him to be prosecuted and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has told him to get out of the administration's foreign policy.
