Daycare Horror: Previously Deported Illegal Alien Charged With Repeatedly Sexually Assaulting 12-Year-Old Girl

Another day, another previously deported felon criminal alien has reportedly committed a heinous crime in the United States.

According to local ABC 7 news, 40-year-old Oscar Perez Rangel has been charged with sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl at a home daycare center in Virginia.

Earlier this week, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced new prosecution guidelines for illegal aliens who unlawfully re-enter the country after deportation.

"Where an alien has unlawfully entered the country, which is a misdemeanor, that alien will now be charged with a felony if they unlawfully enter or attempt enter a second time and certain aggravating circumstances are present," Sessions said. "Also, aliens that illegally re-enter the country after prior removal will be referred for felony prosecution — and a priority will be given to such offenses, especially where indicators of gang affiliation, a risk to public safety or criminal history are present."
