Paul Ryan on Nice Attack: An Unconscionable Act of Terror

House Speaker Paul Ryan has released a statement in response to the terrorist attack in Nice, France last night. More than 80 people were murdered while celebrating Bastille Day when a man of Tunisian descent plowed through a crowded street with a truck, accelerating and swerving to hit innocent bystanders.

"Our hearts are with the victims of what appears to be yet another unconscionable act of terror. In the coming days we'll learn more about who did this and why. For now we must stand strong with the people of our dear friend and ally France," Ryan.

The State Department confirmed two Americans are among the dead.
