UPDATE IV: Police are now confirming a suicide note and a handgun have been found. The scene is being declared a murder suicide. Two men are deceased.

UPDATE II: The FBI and ATF are on scene.

UPDATE: Police have confirmed there are two victims and that there is an active shooter on campus.

UCLA is reporting a shooting on campus and is in lock down. The shooting reportedly took place in a campus engineering building. An ambulance is on scene and students are leaving the area with their hands on their heads. Law enforcement authorities and SWAT teams are on scene.
