Mother of World's Biggest Pop Star Was Urged to Have an Abortion

If you have teenage girls or pay attention to pop culture at all, you know who mega-popstar Justin Bieber is. You might not like his music, but his story is an inspiring one. His mother had Justin when she was just 18-years-old after living through an abusive childhood. In an interview with the TODAY show, Bieber's mother Pattie talks about how everyone around her tried to push her toward abortion, she refused and now her son is one of the biggest musical successes in the world today.

Pattie has passed down her pro-life abortion views to Bieber, who told Rolling Stone magazine two years ago at the age of 16 he was against abortion saying, "I really don’t believe in abortion. It’s like killing a baby.” Considering pop-culture trumps politics every single time, his stance is encouraging for the future of the country.
