Terry Family: We Want Truth, Justice and Accountability

Cousin of murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and Chairman of The Brian Terry Foundation Robert Heyer, visited Fox and Friends over the weekend to discuss the latest developments in the Fast and Furious scandal.

"It's been 18 months since Brian was murdered, December 15, 2010 in Rio Rico, Arizona. It's been 12 months since we testified before Congress asking for three things: truth, justice and accountability. So far we haven't gotten that."

"This is about right and wrong."

 



Chairman of the House Oversight Committee Darrell Issa plans to move forward with a contempt vote for Attorney General Eric Holder Wednesday and believes Democrats will join him in holding Holder accountable.  Issa made it clear yesterday that he will be challenging the validity of President Obama's executive privilege assertion in this case as well.
