Shakeup at the White House: Obama Chief of Staff Stepping Down

It seems as if Barack Obama's Chief of Staff Bill Daley is jumping off the sinking ship known as the Obama presidency.

President Obama will announce Monday afternoon that White House Chief of Staff William Daley is stepping down to be replaced by budget director Jack Lew. The White House confirmed a report in the Los Angeles Times that Daley submitted a letter of resignation last week to the president. The change from Daley to Lew will occur at the end of the month.
