House Dems Digging Their Heels in For the Death Tax

The House Democratic Caucus has rejected the current tax compromise from the Senate that would allow the current tax rates to be extended for all income levels in addition to extending unemployment benefits.

These Dems want to reinstate the "estate" or death tax which would allow the government to take up to 55 percent of a person's estate once they die after being taxed for a lifetime.
