Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) posted an Instagram story showing how excited she was as she and her staff were on the way to the House chamber to impeach President Trump. This was after it was reported Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) instructed Democrats to not celebrate once the articles passed.

"Hey everyone, I'm on my way to the United States House floor to impeach President Trump on behalf of my incredible district. 13 District strong. Let's do this," Tlaib says in the video.

Tlaib is famous for celebrating after being sworn into office earlier this year by stating, "And when your son looks at you and says, 'Mama look, you won. Bullies don't win,' and I said, 'Baby, they don't,' because we're gonna go in there and we're going to impeach the motherf**ker."

Tlaib was not the only Democrat expressing joy with the impeachment vote. After the first impeachment article passed, a few House Democrats on the floor started to cheer and clap. Pelosi gestured for them to stop cheering. Zero Republicans voted for the two articles, abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, with two Democrats also voting against them.
